3 Year Warranty for any WaterWorks4U Water Ionizer. Must be bought at the same time the ionizer is purchased.


WaterWorks4U offers the ability to purchase a 3 year limited warranty on all of our Water Ionizers. This new 3 year warranty policy must be purchased for water ionizers at the time of purchase. Warranty does not cover repairs caused by customer neglect or by failure to stop the build-up of calcium in hard water areas.


Before shipping product for repair, call or email us to obtain a RMA# (Return Authorization Number). You will need to provide us with your name, date of purchase, unit serial number and the exact problem that the unit is having.


If we receive a unit that is functioning properly you will be charged 30 minutes of labor for our technician to diagnose the unit and you are responsible for the shipping cost.


WaterWorks4U water ionizers are manufactured by the one of the largest Water Ionizer companies in the world and WaterWorks4U is their exclusive USA distributor.


Water Ionizer Limited Warranty

This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials and workmanship which occur during normal use.  This warranty does not cover damage which occurs in return shipment, or failures which are caused by products not supplied by the warrantor, or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, faulty installation, misapplication, improper insertion of consumables, set-up adjustments, maladjustment of consumer controls, improper operation or maintenance, alteration, modification, power line surge, improper voltage supply, commercial use, or service by anyone other than a WaterWorks4U authorized repair facility, or damage attributable to acts of God.


Limits and Exclusions

There are no expressed warranties except as listed above.  The warrantor is not responsible for incidental or consequential damage; for damages arising out of the use of any unauthorized attachment; or for damages resulting from the use of the product with a defective water faucet and/or water that is judged by the local authorities as “hard” (TDS above 18 grains).  All expressed and implied warranties, including the warranties of merchant ability and fitness for particular purpose, are limited to the applicable warranty period.


Repair and/or replacement will be at the final discretion of WaterWorks4U.



Damage resulting from failure to regularly change the filter every 6 to 8 months or hard cleaning the unit is not covered under warranty and you are responsible for the shipping cost.
